📜 Return & Refund Policy – Netra Boutique

At Netra Boutique, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Customized, altered, or sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at netraboutique2025@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs of the return unless the product is defective or wrong item is received.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We allow size or product exchanges (subject to stock availability).

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at netraboutique2025@gmail.com with photos of the item.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
