At Netra Boutique, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our cancellation terms below.

1. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at netraboutique2025@gmail.com.

• After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted as the order may already be processed or shipped.

2. Shipped Orders

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy if they wish to return the product after delivery.

3. Refund for Cancellations

• For eligible cancellations, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are not eligible for pre-shipment refunds.

4. Store Rights

• Netra Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment issues

  • Incorrect shipping details

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If we cancel an order, the customer will be notified and refunded in full (if payment was made).
