3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may include additional handling charges (if applicable).

  • Customers must provide a valid phone number and address for COD orders.

  • Repeated COD order refusals may result in restrictions on future COD availability.

4. Payment Confirmation

  • Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

  • In case of any payment failure but amount deduction, the payment gateway/bank will usually refund the amount within 5–7 business days.

5. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
